BuildersBFF Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the BuildersBFF Terms of Service and works together with the Subscription Terms.

1. Free trial first

BuildersBFF offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Because you can try the Service fully before you are ever charged, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees.

2. Monthly Cloud subscriptions

Monthly Cloud subscription fees (Solo Builder and Builder) are non-refundable, including for partial months. If you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. See the Subscription Terms for how to cancel. Enterprise plans are handled according to your separate agreement.

3. One-time Desktop license

A one-time Desktop license, if purchased, is non-refundable once access or the download has been provided, except where a refund is required by law. If you bought Desktop and want to switch to a Cloud plan, you can convert within 9 months of your Desktop purchase, and the remaining value of your Desktop license is applied as prorated credit toward your Cloud subscription. The sooner you switch, the more credit remains.

4. Billing errors and discretion

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at allan@goldstargroupinc.com and we will review it. We may issue a refund at our discretion, for example to correct a billing error.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation right you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
