Project Data: The Service allows you to enter and manage construction project data including but not limited to project details, task schedules, subcontractor information, expense records, lien waivers, change orders, daily logs, photos, punch lists, permits, inspections, client selections, warranty information, and company profile information. This data is stored locally in your web browser unless you explicitly export or back up your data.

Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.

We do not have access to this locally stored data unless you explicitly share it with us (for example, by sending a backup file to our support team).

Because your data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your data regularly. Clearing your browser data, switching devices, or reinstalling your browser may result in permanent data loss. We strongly recommend using the Backup & Restore feature to maintain copies of your data.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information or project data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, email delivery, and hosting.
